What does Energy feel like?

I just used the new Audio for the field

New Release; The Ultimate God Body

At first I could feel my left leg. It felt like numbness. It was vibrating. And that Vibration then spread to the whole left sidw of my body and oddly only to my right knee :rofl:.

Am I starting to feel Energy or was this just a random thing?

Everyone feels it differently, but tingling is one of the options. It could be warmth, cold but pleasant cold.
