I have been looking into practices that focus on Udana Vayu, especially breathwork and meditation. The mudra was very easy to find. Udana also seems to be connected to the practice of Ujjayi pranayama.
As a qigong practitioner I work best when I can move the energy within my body and employ visualization. Most articles I find talk about bringing the energy up from the navel center to the third eye using the sushumna nadi. I wouldn’t do that though unless I know how to properly bring the energy back down. (Does that happen on exhalation? Should I simply ground after?)
All in all I am looking for practices where I can sit or stand in meditation and feel udana flow through me. Amplify or balance its flow as needed. Can anybody here please share any such practices or point me in the right direction please?

You can use tactile imagining or scuman resonance will bring you back. But it will be better if you do from up to down. Start with crown chakra(imagine it with thousand petals flower) then bring energy to every chakra.
