How to meditate with DM

I’ve read some topics about mandalas I’ve bought, and I often see an advice to meditate with mandala.

Could anyone, please, describe how exactly it happens? Like technically I mean.

I’m only familiar with this kind of meditation where you sit with straight back (eyes closed or open) and concentrating on your breath.

So I should keep chosen mandala on me and do what? Ask it a question? Observe thoughts or arising feelings or maybe my breath?

And for how long should I do it (I mean what’s the bare minimum)?

Could you please share your view on this topic and your experience.

Thank you

We often recommend using it during meditation to slow down brain waves, calm the mind, clarify intentions, and set them. This means manifesting determination and making a declaration of what you desire.

For example, if I use a mandala that removes false realities, I would sit with myself in meditation and set an intention for this to happen. If you’re a visual or intuitive person, you might even see certain things, solutions to problems, or other useful insights.

Mandala works generally on a given theme, but if you set an intention, it will focus on it more precisely.

For instance, if I’m working on improving my relationships and have 30 different issues, and I don’t set an intention, the mandala will work for months to clear them one by one.

However, if I sit in meditation and tell the mandala, “I want to connect better with people, I want to channel more love through myself, I want others to respect me more,” (1-2-3 topics that are close to the heart), the mandala will focus its energy and attention on those as if it were a laser, burning away old energies, wrong beliefs, etc.

This way, the person with a specific current need and problem can see real results right away. If they leave it on autopilot, their relationships will improve, but they might even forget that they used our mandalas and may not make the connection.

I’m not exactly that type either, even though I do a lot of meditations with my eyes closed. But most of the time, the things I do are on the go and in fast-paced brain waves.

To get this to work—setting quick intentions that manifest like a law—you need to work on the Virtues of Kindness, Truth, Determination, and Wonder. This way, you can manifest even in fast-paced brain waves without sitting down for meditation. The mind and heart come into sync, and miracles happen.

You can start by using a pendant with moonstone and labradorite together. This creates a powerful field of creation around you that you can use.

Thank you very much for such detailed response :purple_heart:

This helps me with integration:

When I work with the field I often imagine mandalas as orbs of light, or any other shape, could be sacred geometry, whatever comes to my mind.
First, this is in front of me. Then, I contemplate the energy. I start to be aware of my aura.
I see the energy from the mandala interacting with my aura. After some time, I let my aura fully absorb the field. This gives my conscious mind a signal that energy is integrated.

Or you can open the mandala and look at the image. You bring your awareness to the field. You can tune into energy and set the intention.

Anyone can develop their own unique way of energy work. Play with ideas.

Thank you :green_heart:
Since I am not a visual person (at all!), I will look at a mandala, set an intention and focus on my feelings and sensations.

And I like your ideas
