Hey forum fam, do some of have expierences with theta healing(vianna stibal)?
I’m guided lately to learn these two techniques. I discovered that, while chatting with a fielded mystic tarot reader and it resonates with me deeply. But I have also very much disbelief in learning this. I tried it a few times the last years, but always gave up. I wanted to start with theta healing. Would like to hear from you about that! Thanks

They’re so many different modalities and techniques, and I will tell you a secret. They work.
First of all, when hundreds of people follow protocols, they create a strong imprint in the collective. The more people do this, the stronger it becomes.
Secondly, the energy world is all about intention. Yes, protocols help you to harness energy.
Thirdly, it can be just a part of your journey. You can invent your own method, unlock gifts, discover perhaps this is your past lives gift and it comes easily.
There is no better or worse energy method. What resonates or not is the measure. We can have 20 people loving Theta Healing and 20 people preferring Reiki or 20 people using fields only, as this resonates with them.

I will research wich methods will be the easiest to start with, the method I tried is with visualization and there I’m struggling a lot. But if it’s my path, I will receive guidance and help for sure.
I also have such a strong Intuition, when I only would trust it absolutely.
Two years ago I was at a family party and after that was left with a feeling, that someone will be dying. I tought my grandpa eventually, he bacame nose blooding while the meal, but I said to myself don’t be freaky. Two months later my aunt died trough heart stroke. That was a deep expierence. And also I could stop conflicts before they arise, but I do not trust my Intuition fully. With the GT field I will develop an unshakable trust, I believe.
But for now I need to focus on my health again. Last night I felt like my head explodes. Extreme ear pain, bad hearing, headache, tooth pain all at once, eventually the reason also could be a huge change in my life atm and/or some life changing commands for celestial sage and oneira 
. I don’t know, but will focus on what maitreya suggested me in another thread, I don’t get truly healthy in months… Somehow I often think lately, that I could be really traumatized in early childhood, I got some hints from my horoscope and also struggle to remember my life till my 12th year. And there also must be a reason for my extreme drug addiction and self destruction. Could be the so called mother wound…
This is the main symptom of being abused. Your mind switched it off to not link your caregivers who are supposed to protect you with violence (verbal or physical because both hurt af). Sometimes, we have pain that keeps coming back on and off.
Even adults can completely deny some events. Of everything I used to heal traumas, this one worked the fastest because it works with the mind, with energy blocks, on a cellular level (and your trauma stores there), emotional and physical.

Hey friends, I want to share what is in me lately in this learn a healing technique thing. When I imagine, that I could help my family, loved one, the people around me and to not forget myself to live a beautiful, healthy loving life it fills me with so much joy and purpose.
And I tried to learn it several times, since a few weeks I’m in again.
Red a book about theta healing and found guided meditations. The first time I did it I was cool. But when I sit now and follow the meditation I become so aggressive, it’s hard. My thoughts are so negative, even when I calm down use fields for negativity and ask for intercession.
Thoughts like f*ck this doesn’t work, I’m not able to, the meditation is too fast, I can’t visualize correctly and so on. So much resistance, that I almost give up on that.
I’m a bit sad, I wanted it to be easier. I’m on pressure. Conciously I know it better, but find it very hard to break trough. Hmm 
It took me 10 years to master my skills. And trust me I am still learning and improving. This is a lifetime process.
Don’t give up. Instead of pressuring yourself, work on the surfacing beliefs. Clear them one by one.

Yes, during meditation you can ask your Higher Self to check this for you and bring a straightforward answer. This could be a sign, dream or anything that you will agree on.

One can create a geogram of the lineage – starting with yourself, and then building your lineage upward: your mother and father, then their mothers and fathers, and so on back for up to seven generations. This map is made just once, and afterward you can work with it for many different purposes, asking your ancestors about various matters, as well as working for yourself.
