Do you notice any specific signals that appear as an indication that timelines are changing? In my experience, I find that I often have to do password reset around the times that I am switching along with my electronics malfunctioning and my body going through a slump. I also get random connections reaching out during change points and then it goes silent again.

Before every significant quantum jump, I have a day of misery and self-pity, like a very dark day, where I feel suicidal. I usually reach out to a few people to find comfort. It starts in the morning, and by the end of the day, I am a new version of myself. That self-pity is mourning of my old beliefs that are dying off. I vent, I walk, I do somatic yoga.
It always happens when I add new fields that turn out to be game-changers 
so pretty often

That’s interesting with the password changes. :)))
For me, everything old or no longer needed in my life starts to fall apart very quickly. And I’ve already learned not to see anything as a loss, but exactly as a shift in reality.

Wow today I have both signs. 
I started feeling terrible and depressed out of the blue and I had to change a password 
I’m watching sad anime edits of AOT to try and cry hahaha but my gates are so strong

People have been the main indicator for me. I attract a lot of attention and interaction normally, even when silent. When truly loving, kind, beautiful beings connect with me I know I’ve made it back home. They all come at once. When the whole world seems to suddenly be against me, just for being present, and are cruel or harass, that’s the indicator I’ve shifted to work on old business. It can be jarring.
