Could you also do a field for Feldenkrais? It teaches your nervous system the correct way to do things like sit, stand, move etc with minimal effort.
What I like about it is that it has the characteristic of reversability: you can do a move like a handstand and calmly reverse all the movements back with little tension.
Also once you have a move down with your entire body, for example, reaching out with your hands using your pelvis, legs, torso (for added extension) you won’t need to involve those body parts again to reach the same level of extension.
A field combining that with Rolfing, Primal Posture/Indigenous Posture, and whatever else adds to flexibility would be an instant purchase for me
