Print it, keep it in your pocket, under the pillow etc. for a few days and you should see changes.

Just having the mandala close to you or as a wallpaper, however it does not remove your results that are already in the DNA, maybe it will work for you, I cannot say for sure whether yes or no, but it is worth trying.
