This clears the whole emotional body on all levels: pain, grief, loneliness, sadness, fear, anxiety and all other feelings that feel heavy.

All those feelings are connected with imaginable worlds of past and future and the RESISTANCE of what is really happening as the situation is perceived from a lens that doesn’t see the true reality but from a lens that is formed from belief systems.

I can feel it working in my chest area, I mean really working . Warm in my lower belly.
