Say I am in a meeting on Skype or Google Meet. While the meeting is going on, I play fields on the same headphones the meeting is playing from (using from headphones to aura). So in other words the same headphones are playing the fields as the voice of my colleagues. Would that work well or not a good way to do it?
Is there a max cap to the fields? Like I know we should listen to a particular field 3-4x a day and gradually be consistent with them for long time to let it ingrain slowly and deeply. My question is.. if I have a certain event in a few hours or a day or within a short period really but I do have time on my hands in dedicating, listening in background or meditating or sleeping to the fields (whether youtube or paid fields) over the 3-4x threshold.. will it give the same result or effects as if experienced everytime or does it diminish the power inorder to keep us from overloading or smth? For e.g. let’s take a hypothetical example : a fighter has a weigh-in the next day where he needs to be below a certain weight to qualify for the fight.. he does he diet and fitness routine etc on point. He checks his weight and it’s 0.6 pounds over the weight needed, he needs to lose more within 12 hours or so and uses lets say fatloss field by you (youtube or paid).. Now he listened to them 4x at a time meditating listening to your paid field which is 3x stronger while gazing mandala basically meditating to them 4x times as you recommend and after an hour or so checks to see his weight is only 0.3 pounds over the weight. Can he listen to it over 4x now again and get benefit of losing 0.3 pounds again to get qualified at the same day? Can he sleep to it or whatever but go beyond the original threshold set and have it work further where he can dedicate listening to it till his actual event for a few hours and still benefit from the effects the same way? Or is it capped.. any fields to uncap and actually binge on the fields as per requirements (safely).. if there are any that help reset those 4x or allow to break it with some other fields in between it would be amazing to know.
Do you think one can expierence tremor due to too much energy?
I’m working as a gardener and use my physical energy, but these days, my hands and sometimes my body begins slightly to shake.
It could also be due to the illness I had these days or due to cannabis detox. Hard to clarify. If anyone has suggestions, please share
Don’t know if it’s important, but I also used the new Microcosmic orbit from 6 am to 10 pm, deleted it and use the audio once. And I wake up at 3 am today, what’s very unusual

Really nice, I will then add it to my meditation, visualization and integration collage, as I’m actually have a new routine for mornings.
Doing a round of divine invocation, then one round of world peace meditation while affirming what I want to see in the world, then I meditate to golden tara and ask her to help me achieve inner and outer wealth and abundance for making my life and the life of my soroundings better, then a round of a gratitude meditation and at the end a visualization, what I actually want.
Will activate the repeater every morning as a booster for the whole session. It will be amazing for sure.
