If I am not mistaken, Maitreya only suggests the unconditional love for Childer, and nothing else.
You can play your audio at a lower volume so that it can be heard in your room.
Unconditional love affects the body and cells, while other fields affect the brain. Therefore, before the age of 16, only unconditional love.
I’m not sure what the issue with the child is, but most problems with children stem from the energy and emotions of the parents at a subconscious level, because the child loves and is loyal to them, and starts to absorb this energy to help mom and dad.
Of course, there are also things that come from past lives, and there’s nothing that can be done about them. This is related to the mission of the soul that has come with certain challenges.
What I want to say is that you, as adults, should work on yourselves, and if you are doing well and your energy is good, the child will respond to that and will be better.

Will it still be effective if I do a "a"day followed by a “b” day for a couple weeks or should I do a “a” week then a “b” week? Also I am doing each playlist 3 times a day
If you want to see the results faster then A until you are happy with that and move to B. When you try change too many things at the same time, it might slow down the process. I speak from experience. I’ve never had fast results trying to improve every aspect of my life, but when I tailored fields to one or two goals and then let this go (that’s the most important ingredient) I got results pretty fast.

There are some days where I feel like my mind doesn‘t work properly.
I can‘t think straight and feel out of balance. Very ungrounded and up in the clouds behavior.
I need to be able to think for job though
