As long as you arent looking at the mandala for like multiple hours a day it wont be really effective i think.
U sure? Surely it has an affect when you’re exposed to it everyday? I was exposed to the goddess mandala for a few minutes like 2 days ago, and I had a lot of anxiety and my nerves around my heart/chest area felt extremely weird

Is it normal that since I started listening to the field it gets worse and worse? I listen to Acne Treatment from MEF and instead of being better, it’s much worse… I’ve been listening for about 2 weeks. Should I keep listening or stop?

I don’t think this is an indication that there is anything wrong with the MEF audio, I have seen people comment the same thing on Acne Sapiens audios, what may be happening is an inside-out cleaning, old pimples and pimples appear on the surface to be cleaned, it is normal.

Yes, that’s what I meant. Should I expect it to get only better or it can get worse first, as in this case, something like a cleansing process, and then better and better?
I wondered about that, but I dont know. I wanted to ask experienced mates. Maybe I try to add a sapien field to playlist and listen to both.
Well if you do clearings it can have sort of detox effect but on acne? That would surprise me.

Is it only me who is experiencing the following or few of you as well?
- I started with YouTube version of fields:
Started listening to YouTube fields after using it for one week or around 10 days, got feeling to subscribe to Patreon (as it had better value for against one’s investment ie, access to mandalas, mp3 audios of youtube version and exclusive fields at times).
- Subscribed to Patreon.
Used fields posted in Patreon (have used more than 30 fields). On an average I would have sticked a field for 15-30 days. Reason: got exposed to more and more new and updated field with multiple requirements addressed😅.
I knew youtube and patreon posted fields were working on me, but somehow I used to get the feeling to purchase from Gumroad every 10 - 14 days.
(meanwhile joined forum and learned many things, got doubts clarified thanks to all 
).
- Bought from Gumroad (around 15 fields)
I could use these 15 fields not more than 10 days (average) in a row. Now I can hardly use those fields.
If at all I use one or two times, I don’t get feeling to use them again any time soon. Is this due to super strength of Gumroad fields or I would have reached a point wherein the fields purpose was delivered to me and they may not be need any time soon.
Every 10-15days I used to get strong urge to buy something from Gumroad/store (you see Maitreya never stops to excite us with her new and most advanced fields 
)
Above three points include creators like Maitreya(YT, patreon and Gumroad (store at times) , Spirituality Zone (YT and his website), Sigh (YT and Gumroad) , Sapien(YT, patreonand Gumroad) , Mef(youtube) , Morphic Doctor(YT and patreon),regius pura (YT and patreon). I know the list is huge 
. (the list was even enormous while I was using subliminal prior I was introduced to fields)
One may get tempted towards new fields, energies as the creators come up with more and more innovative ideas addressing the issues. Resulting in never ending list of playlists, storage items, dog tags, mandalas .
You see human desires to excel himself, etc never ends😂
Though we know fields /energy work from Maitreya, Sapien, SZ have provided us with good results why one tends to explore new creators and to ones surprise I see people requesting for fields /programs which already exists with above mentioned creators. Is that the existing programs don’t work or we need even stronger fields. I mean I don’t know the reason for such quick shifts by us from creator to creator.
May be I need to limit myself reading to “discussions on other similar channels” thread

I think I’ll give MEF audio chance for week or two, maybe things will get better with time, if not I already know what fields I will use instead.
