Yes of course, mandalas still work if printed in low quality, as the energy is encoded in the shape of the design (and not so much in the color, or the amount of pixels),If you can faithfully reproduce the form (Photography, scanning, printing, photocopying … Etc etc)(No matter the size / dimensions…
