Is it faster result from morphic field videos or from Programmed energy sounds?

Should I use both? And yes, I listened to subliminals for a long time. I quit because it was taking too long.
Be careful, only trusty creators. In this period many morphic and subliminal channels are opening.

Actually, I didn’t research it because it was too complicated. What matters to me is which one is better.
It doesn’t have better, because people are more friendly to different things.
One can integrate better energetically programmed fields, other morphic fields,
others can have great results with subliminal, etc.
Also depends on who is making them of course.
Try and see which is better for you.
In the end, it’s all energy structures with coded information.
