Neville’s techniques work very fast, especially when applied with a tool for connecting with the subconscious. I recommend regularly changing reality. :slight_smile:

I was wondering if there is any mandala or audio that Enter the State Akin to Sleep (SATS) by Naville Goddard? That would be awesome if you have one that puts you in this state instantly.

This can be used, because it’s hardly achievable to get into that state, but it will take you very deep.
