Thanks for the heads up, that is why I got the optimizer and let it do most of the work with my higher self. I ask it to help me with specific issues when needed.

I was just listing to Overcoming Loneliness and Isolation to Build Meaningful Connections on the website and felt SO much emotions, I am still listening to it and bought the DM, to help sort out the issues.
