Hello everyone, I have sensation that I have better results with headphone than speaker, I mean with headphone I have energy feeling like pain in chest etc, or feeling energy through body, with speaker, I never felt that, Should I continue with headphones ? Thks

Do what works best for you, however, most optimal way is to use speakers because it affects your whole aura.
Alternatively, you can add this field DM: Headphones to Aura so it would automatically spread all the energy
