My expierence after nearly one hour of meditation with it and quadibles quantum accelerator(helps me somehow get a calmer mind fast), i got goosebumps mostly in the left leg and pain on the right side of the chest. Feeling neutral overall.
I assume i don’t need to get memories or clear thoughts of what is processed right? And i don’t need to become emotionally right? Only being relaxed and focus on the breath while litening.
I start here again, because i learned when you cut off the root, then the whole beliefs tree is falling. And i believe or hope, that what this field releases, is what is layered on my true self, who or what i really are and i believe this field will better/heal every sector in my life.
You don’t have to be 100% aware most of the time but it helps. If this is a deep-rooted trauma, then it is often a moment of acknowledgement before you can heal. It would come automatically. Same with emotions. When you work on anger issues, you need to allow yourself to feel that anger first, not suppressing it. Once you are aware of anger, you can ask yourself why.
When I cleared my own issues, I had to deal with my parents, and grandparents’ fears and beliefs, so that was the moment when I didn’t have to know what I was clearing.
Thanks again for your answer! at the moment i memorized a situation 5 years ago. I was sitting on the train and was heavily angry out of the blue. An hour later, i recognized the thought, that im angry because of having no girlfriend and being lonely. In that moment all anger was gone instantly.
