I admit that I underestimated this field. I simply forgot to give commands.
I use the Reality Note a lot. Usually, I feel drawn to solutions or fields a few days later, which helps me to achieve my goal. Plus, Celestial Sage works like my PT. The Golden Timeline makes sure I stick to the plan, lol. But yet, somehow, I managed to drift away. The reaction of fields was intense.

Yes, you can use this in your USB drive, phone, or any device along with Mandala Manager and/or Field Emitter.
When you activate a frequency, it stays on for 20 minutes.
As for being worth it, only you can make that decision. The best ways to determine this is based on your experiences with fields, researching about frequencies, and reading the experiences of others who use frequencies.
