Are we able to extract any frequency from somewhere such as our body and command the mandala to reverse the frequency so we can use it to neutralize the illness in our bodies?

Manifestation tip:

Use this while visualizing and add a specific frequency to your manifestation. Then activate that frequency as much as possible. Here are the layers. You now have a manifestation with the frequency … yes? when you activate this frequency you vibrate at the same as the one you added to your manifestation yes? Interesting timing. I was thinking about how to fill that gap between frequency now and in the future to extract that you haven’t experienced yet, but you know it’s there. I am going to test it for sure. Thanks for the tip

I admit that I underestimated this field. I simply forgot to give commands.
I use the Reality Note a lot. Usually, I feel drawn to solutions or fields a few days later, which helps me to achieve my goal. Plus, Celestial Sage works like my PT. The Golden Timeline makes sure I stick to the plan, lol. But yet, somehow, I managed to drift away. The reaction of fields was intense.
I legally changed my first name and surname a few months ago, also, on my birth certificate back home. Believe it or not, every time I act like my previous version, things go so wrong. I did some research about numbers to discover that I should work with no 8. This is my soul number now.

I’ve been testing and trialling a few methods and have worked with the global quantum system for a while now. Please use it wisely and not everything at once. Observe your body, as it can give you painful sensations if you have blockages. It is your choice to push it harder or let go and wait. One level at a time. Move at your own pace. Let energy settle because if you do it too fast, it might not be successful.
