DM: Weight Loss + Workout

Been wearing the DM 24/7 for 7 weeks.
Since the last 2 weeks I noticed stronger core muscles, upper arms, thighs and butt. A little too much muscle gain for my taste regarding the butt and thighs although I can clearly see fatloss on those parts too. So I will put the DM aside for a while to lose some of the unwanted volume. And maybe use it more sparsely in the future. :slight_smile:
For those who aren’t afraid of muscle gains/volume… this should be a really good complement to other training. Never felt sore or anything either.

I just got this @Genius @anon72404465 I am combining this with the optimizer and hoping that my higher self utilizes the muscle building fields in there alongside this.

I just wanna make sure this will work. Given that it is a weight loss field

When you have the Optimizer then it’s up to your HS if this is important for you. Your HS might wants activate fields related to different subjects not weight loss.
I suggest having a folder without the Optimizer with fields that are important for you.

@anon72404465 Will combine this in a separate emitter with muscles growth and recovery and androgen receptors

Combining this with Titan Gate has made this dm so powerful

I recently got this field and it’s super strong. If I use it for one hour a day I am already too tired (probably because I already work out regularly). I don’t mind at all, because it means it’s working very well! I’d like to ask though, is it better to use it less every day (like 15 minutes a day) or 1 hour 3 times a week? Thanks a lot!

It’s best to go by how you feel, so that you’re not too tired afterward and don’t overtrain.

Hello, I have some questions about this field.

To give you some context, after being in a car accident, I have reduced mobility, so exercising isn’t an immediate option. Because of this, I’ve gained a significant amount of weight, which I need to lose, as it’s vital to begin my recovery.

Although I’m following a diet, I haven’t lost the weight I expected, and being unable to move doesn’t help.

My question is whether this field can help me with both goals: losing weight and also providing my body with the benefits of a workout that, from what I’ve read, is based on Freeletics.
