You can use images or visualisation. The command should be done once.
If this mandala is already in your folder you can open it on your phone, laptop (No need to print it)

  1. ‘Activate’.
  2. Look or visualize your desired face/body.
  3. ‘Remember’.
  4. Focus on this image as long as you can.
  5. ‘Deactivate’
    Keep this mandala in your folder and allow the field to instruct your body to install the changes.
    Use Face Sculptor for your face and Body for the rest of it. Two separate commands, one each.
