I have the old version too and created a few folders - Fat Loss, Muscles, Male Beauty - and put Maitreya and Sapien MP3s, did not see much difference.

I used the highest strength…may be that was the mistake I did? For example, if I listen to Super Metabolism Boost, I can feel it working, but with mp3 and this tool, could not feel much.

I was going to try with SZ audio, but did not yet.

Ah I was only trying physical…

Do you use Maitreya/Sapien audios for this purpose or recommend any of Filip’s audios? Thanks

so if you’re mostly looking for physical changes, then the folder concept wont really do much?

I think I am going to implement some intent in the folders now that my game has leveled up since I started using these tools. Im sure with the addition of my intent to clear blocks and amplify results it will make a huge difference.
