I understand you, I am also in the sapien forum and I have seen many people who defend sapien as if it were a kind of god or something like that, not everyone acts like that, but it is clear that there are people who have become fanatical and that is not good, we must give opportunity to other channels, and instead of going around throwing shit on other channels just because they are new, would not it be better to take from each channel what you need and what best suits you at all times? There are many very good fields such as maitreya or sigh that sapien does not have and that surely more than one fan would be great for them.

Anyone knows if it’s a bad idea to expose Sigh Energy’s stuff to other people? I am thinking of using his stuff via speakers while meditating on the beach (because it’s silent and won’t cause noise pollution). But, are there negative effects of exposing kids around me to the workout audios? I have no interest to create baby hulks

Guys at what volume do you listen Sigh’s videos? Since u can’t hear anything I’m curious if listening to the max can damage in any way the ears when listening with headphones…
Since there is no sound at all I listen at most, it will not damage your ears, after all there is no sound.

I think the volume doesn’t matter. I usually play them on my iPod without having the headphones in my ears. However, I’m not even sure if the headphones are really necessary. It is only important that they are played to transfer the energy. I mostly just plugged them in to be on the safe side. Most of the time I have two Ipods with me. With one I hear the audios with sound and with the other the silent audios by the way.
So if there is no sound it means that I can play them on mute too and still work?
I can’t understand how can there be a transfer of energy with no sound at all. That’s how most of these energy videos work, talkin about all creators. In all other videos from other creators there is a sound that helps transfering the energy, sometimes being covered by music.

Hm, I would leave a bit of volume on. How the whole thing is transmitted I have no idea. Must have something to do with quantum physics or something like that. But the mandalas don’t have a sound either.

I am trying Sigh (at the same time with Sapien) and it seems to be very effective. Even that I am interested in some of these shields and protections, which you have mentioned. Only for safety.
Can you or someone else maybe recommend some and link to youtube? From Sapien would be perfect…

I do not know if they are my imaginations, but when I increase the volume of the speakers it seems as if the energy of the audios is stronger, what I can assure you is that if you listen to those audios with speakers it will be better if you listen to them in a room and With the door closed, I have been able to notice that the energy of these fields remains impregnated in the environment, it is not an energy at all harmful, it feels very light, but it is not recommended that there are people close to whom you do not want to affect the fields
