I went to a festival… plenty of healing going on, i drank cocao which opened me up and i believe i caught a spirit attachment… ive jeard a few vocies etc. It was awful … im going for a healing today…
But.. that said… ive also ppened ny third eye a bit and im concerned this has atttracted it…

Don’t close your Third Eye, this was a huge progress, and it might feel uncomfortable, but let yourself adjust to this expansion. You won’t lose your mind, this is just your brain learning to process new information, and sometimes it feels too much because it is new. 3rd eye opening creates new pathways in your brain.

Thankfully i started coming to the same conclusion myself… its the fear of it that is the issue, not the happening itself… so this is indeed a sogn of progress.
A friend of mine is an ayahuasca shaman and he done what they refer to as an extraction yesterday. It has removed the entities that were causing the damage and i can now start again, but from a higher vantage point.
