Yes I feel my energy bodies are weak too and damaged, I need to build my aura strong. Consult a doctor before taking magnesium. I had sleep issuesāI would wake up during the night and also experienced whatās known as restless legs. Even deep sleep field didnāt help. I probably found the culprit of the problem for me. It is increased testosterone. The more I have, the worse my sleep is.

Also, when my androgens are more activated, it also worsens my sleep.
