A Holistic Approach to Tinnitus

Tinnitus, often perceived as ringing or buzzing in the ears, can have spiritual and emotional dimensions beyond its physical manifestations.

Spiritual Causes of Tinnitus:

  1. Higher Vibrational Shift: Tinnitus can sometimes be seen as a symptom of a spiritual awakening or a shift to a higher vibrational state. It might indicate an opening or clearing of the ear chakras.

  2. Spiritual Messages: Some believe tinnitus is a way for the spiritual realm to grab attention, suggesting that there are messages or guidance that one needs to tune into.

  3. Energy Overload: It could also be a sign of an energy overload, where the body is adjusting to a significant increase in spiritual energy or consciousness.

  4. Blocked Energy Flow: Persistent tinnitus might indicate a blockage in the body’s energy flow, signalling a need for energetic cleansing or balancing.

Emotional Reasons for Tinnitus:

  1. Stress and Anxiety: Chronic stress or anxiety is a common emotional trigger for tinnitus, as these states can exacerbate or trigger the symptoms.

  2. Suppressed Emotions: Tinnitus can also be a manifestation of suppressed or unacknowledged emotions, such as unresolved anger or frustration.

  3. Overwhelm and Mental Strain: In today’s fast-paced world, mental overload or cognitive strain can manifest physically, with tinnitus being one potential symptom.

  4. Emotional Trauma: In some cases, tinnitus can be linked to past emotional traumas that haven’t been fully processed or healed.

It’s important to approach tinnitus holistically, acknowledging both the physical and non-physical dimensions. While these spiritual and emotional factors can provide insight, it’s also crucial to seek medical advice to rule out any underlying health issues. Integrating medical guidance with a holistic approach can lead to a more comprehensive understanding and management of tinnitus.

This is something very common in my family. I use this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fh4RFQoxIdk or meditate with DM: Energy Balancer and it goes away. For me, it is always linked to energy shift.
My sister struggles to accept her psychic gifts.
My mum had this because she didn’t want to hear her parents arguing, so her tinnitus was rooted in her childhood.
My gran never wants to hear the truth. Literally never.

Very good, I’ll definitely listen to it.

I was looking for fields to help with this, I was going to post it on the “Field Suggestions” page
I’ll post it here, maybe in the near future the team will see it and create one for everyone with this Tinnitus situation.

Eliminating Tinnitus

Science has made great progress in understanding tinnitus. Some research indicates that it may be related to hyperactivity in areas of the brain associated with hearing, such as the auditory cortex.

Studies are also exploring the use of technologies such as transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to treat severe cases.

Research on:

Causes of tinnitus
Hearing loss
Hearing loss, especially age-related (presbycusis), is one of the most common causes of tinnitus.
Prolonged exposure to loud noises can also damage the sensory cells in the inner ear, leading to the symptom.
Inner ear problems

Changes in the labyrinth, such as in Ménière’s disease.
Lesions in the auditory nerve.
Muscle or vascular disorders

Twitching in the muscles of the middle ear.
Pulsating tinnitus, which may be caused by changes in the blood vessels near the ears.
General health conditions

Anxiety and stress can make the problem worse.
Circulation problems, high blood pressure, or metabolic diseases such as diabetes.
Medication use

Some medications, such as ototoxic antibiotics, high-dose aspirin, anti-inflammatories, or diuretics, can cause or worsen tinnitus.
Infections and obstructions

Middle ear infections (otitis media) or the presence of earwax buildup can cause temporary tinnitus.
Treatments and management
Although it is not always possible to eliminate tinnitus, there are several strategies that can help:

Hearing therapies: Hearing aids or sound masking devices.
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT): Helps deal with the psychological impact of tinnitus.
Lifestyle changes: Reduce caffeine intake, avoid exposure to loud noises, and manage stress.
Medications and supplements: In some cases, antidepressants or vasodilators may be indicated.

Benefits we can get from the field:

  1. Restoration of the auditory system
Cellular regeneration: Stimulating the recovery of hair cells in the inner ear, which are essential for hearing and often damaged in cases of tinnitus.
Labyrinth balancing: Reestablishing healthy functioning of the labyrinth and vestibular system.
Neural repair: Healing damage to the auditory nerve or brain circuits associated with hearing.
  2. Tinnitus reduction and elimination
Neural recalibration: Adjusting hyperactivity in the auditory cortex, often associated with tinnitus.
Phantom sound neutralization: Eliminating incorrect signals that the brain interprets as sounds.
  3. Treatment of underlying causes
Improved circulation: Normalizing blood flow in the inner ear region, important for hearing function.
Cellular detoxification: Removing toxic waste or damage caused by medications or infections.

Nervous system balance: Reducing general hyperactivity that can contribute to the symptom, especially in cases related to anxiety or stress.

  1. Preventing recurrences
Strengthening the auditory system: Making it more resilient to future damage, including that caused by exposure to loud noises.

Metabolic rebalancing: Regulating factors such as blood sugar, blood pressure and hormone levels that can influence tinnitus.

  1. Side benefits
Reducing stress: Promoting an overall sense of calm and well-being, as tinnitus can be psychologically debilitating.

Improving quality of life: Restoring sleep, concentration and emotional health to those suffering from chronic tinnitus.

@Polaris There was a period when I heard ringing bells or some kind of frequency or music, either during sleeping or at normal times. Do you know the explanation for this phenomenon?

If this is not persistent like tinnitus, then it could be a sing of vibration changing and ascension. Some people treat this as a warning. Especially witches consider this a sign of a psychic attack or a negative person, evil eye, etc.
It could indicate a gift of Clairaudience.
Definitely, it is a message for you at that time.

Thank you for your explanation. It has lifted a lot of confusion from me. I think it was both at that time, vibration changing and some psychic attacks.

Great post! I’ve been experiencing this for over nine years now. In addition to tinnitus, I’m clairaudient, and I notice that the tone changes when I walk past certain places—especially areas where someone may have passed away. Interestingly, I can also use my tinnitus as a tool for astral projection, strange as that may sound.

The tone shifts when a spirit or astral being enters the room I’m in. My tinnitus started in my left ear but has since affected both ears, unfortunately. I’ve tried numerous remedies, but nothing has worked so far. I’ll definitely give these fields a try—thanks again for sharing!

Some people are energy sensitive and they feel it in their body. Those people can easily get overloaded with energy work.

That is interesting. So it’s a psychic gift, then. Psychic Expansion + Belief Changes This field expands your natural abilities. You could set the intention to synchronize and balance your psychic gifts.

I have had tinnitus mostly in my left ear since some years for some issues but it’s doesn’t bother so much as initially.
you need to not bother too much on it, and not try ignore it or focus too much because you make the situation worse, it’s like having intrussive thoughts.
You need to practice mindfulness or some similar technique, also there are binaural beats/isochronic tones to help you to mask the sounds
