A large part of us carries modified genes from them, but in reality we also have genes from other races within us humans. Some use humans for experiments, others for energy, and a third group wants to help us evolve. They believe that if we, as humans, manage to create balance within ourselves — between all the genes, the good and the difficult ones — we can become a kind of prototype for peace in the Universe. And they believe that if we succeed in creating that balance internally, the Universe itself will shift.
So yes, there are extraterrestrials who are helping us quite a lot, and there are also people who carry modified genes from them.

We came here to „learn“. But what exactly? Doesn‘t seem to me this way. The only thing I want to learn is how to get the fuck out of false Perception

We choose our Family, the Place we live etc. But how do we even have a choice, if these other races have highjacked us?

Not everyone is forced to be here. Some are indeed “locked in,” yes, but others chose to come because evolution on Earth is accelerated many times over. There are experiences and emotions here that simply don’t exist on other planets.
For example, in the civilization of the Anunnaki — which is ruled by the Queen — their lifespan is several thousand years, and during that time they are all mentally linked to her, carrying out whatever missions they are assigned. Only a very small number of them can feel anything beyond the life they’ve been given — there is no real free will there.
In other races it works differently, but overall, we humans have the most experiences and the most freedom of choice. That’s why so many souls come here to play. The act of diving into this deep amnesia, navigating life, navigating the world, or finding God again — all of that is exciting. 
Fun fact: There is an intergalactic market where items from all races are traded. And from our race, chocolate is extremely valuable and highly sought after.
So for anyone avoiding it — just know it’s considered gold out there in space. Hahaha

Let‘s say a normal Soul. Does it know how fked up it has become here? It reincarnates and then forgets everything when entering the Earths Electrical Grid and then gets stuck, through Karma and can‘t get out.
I‘d guess there are many Souls who came here to help, because other Souls couldn‘t leave anymore. Probably most people here in the Forum came to help 
But what existed on earth before the Annunaki? I don‘t think Humans were so developed back then, so who did Souls Incarnate as?

I think we know what we’re going to experience — both the good and the difficult. Sometimes we may not want to go through something, but if we’ve created the karma for it, there’s no escaping it; it will have to be lived through.
There were probably other civilizations and humans before us, but I haven’t looked into that and I’m not sure.

Hahahahah. I’m in shock right now. Chocolate is my favorite thing in life. I even always wear Nutella-printed socks. And my skin is like chocolate; I’m light brown, a caramel-colored complexion. Chocolate is very special to me; I’ve been a fan since I was born🤭
