The healing crisis involves hot flashes and excessive sweating, itchy skin, stomach issues even though I follow my usual ” safe” diet, stiff and aching joints ( just like in the old days before I started my anti inflammatory diet) sore and stiff around the lower back- hips -sacral area)

Sure. What I mainly mean is the embedding of new energetic information into specific fields. That would need to be done intentionally for each individual item, not through general strength or ‘network’ upgrades that were recently applied to all fields, right?
