Underweight

Hello!
I need help with gaining weight.

  • Im 19 years old
  • Height: 180cm
  • Weight: 59.5kg

Main problem is that I can’t eat too much probably because my stomach storage is too small.
Is there any way to expand storage and to eat more?

Are you really eating the amount needed to gain weight? and have your blood sugar checked? Since I am experiencing non-diabetic blood sugar fluctuations, i have not been able to gain weight either. But most likely your metabolism is too fast or you are not eating enough.
have you tried this

Start doing sports/exercise, your apetite will grow naturaly. Eat more and your size iin stomach will expand. Lift weights for building mass. That’s it.

I had same problem. So I decided to eat two menus in student canteen while training. That was my brothers advice. He said “Eat until you are full and than eat some more, so your stomach expands.” And he was right. First week is was hard. But after that it became easy. The thing is, our stomach expands when eating more. When you are starving then it shrinks. In two months I packed 20 pounds of muscles.

Trust me on this. Use lots of carbs, medium fat cheese, make sandwiches between meals, and heavy weight. Squats, bench press, dips, pull ups, dumbbells. :100: Watch Ryan Humiston channel on youtube

Dude, don’t forget the water, very important for hypertrophy, very underestimated, drink at least 3 liters a day.
