This means that there is some kind of agreement between you and that you are receiving something from him, or that you have agreed to something that is not okay. What arrangements do you have? Also, some terrible energetic cords that are not cut from much time.

I’m not certain where or when I would had made an agreement tbh. I have been celibate since 2015 and I do not masterbate. One time during a massage the Reiki practitioner who was a good friend of mine asked me to just hold her hand and “exchange energy” I felt a lot of sexual energy so it could have been then but I’m not sure 
I mean to have some kind of agreement with the person who is currently draining your energy.

I have high sex urge lately, as I tried to gain weight (under-weighted and mineral/vitamin deficiencies) by drinking protein shake and eat 3 meals a day now.
Lust for food, sex and sleep are all rooted to the same source. My food urge also double my sex urge.
I tried to suppress my sex urge mentally or by exercises, but my mind is weak…i gradually lied to myself. Instead of watching male to female porn, i watched those queen to slave sexual abuse clips…bondage…or watching ladies masturbate …yes, not truly a sex intercourse, but they are still porn, as it burnt into my memory and made me want to watch more (too addictive). Plus, my perspective toward sex becomes more violent due to constant mind suppression (like i am fighting myself, left hand slapped my right hamd)…even though i haven’t masturbated still, these porn caused me to have more wet dreams at night and lost precious semen through that process.
Few minutes ago, I almost lost my self control and wanted to watch for a ‘few’ minutes of porn clips. Instead, my last 'defense line" told me to visit my laptop library and dig out this track. After playing it for 30 seconds, my penis instantly cool down…that burning sex urge is fading. My balance returns.

also “Permission to Outgrow everyone” is something that worked for me for not going into masturbation…
idk why, but maybe it works on the beliefs that what is possible/not possible for me
