20 kg of body requires 1 litre of water is genral guideline followed by many Nutrition and Science fields. Exact figure will vary person to person based on their size and life style. 2.5 litre is general advice to keep the body hydrated. The parameter be different from Body weight and Age group with gender) the claim still fall on same range.

I have done Masters of Science from Indian Institute of Science Education and Research. Worked as Nutrition consultant for 5 years. We followed this advice as general rule given by WHO.

If you asking about the kidney , its also a general rule of any healthy adult.

Just now I found a source which would support my claim on kidney capacity.
( Page no. 74 , 3rd Para last sentence)

" However, acute water toxicity has been reported due to rapid consumption of large quantities of fluids that greatly exceeded the kidney’s maximal excretion rate of approximately 0.7 to 1.0 L/hour "

This is good for baseline and increase of nutritional absorbtion and additional strength more but there is better alternatives.

Sure i got this back in the beginning of 2022 i remember using this and was so long legit had to discard from my playlist unless i put it at low volume while running perhaps, still one of the best fields.

Hi everyone, how many times should I listen to Ultimate God Body? the duration of the field is 34 minutes, so should I listen just once a day? or twice a day?

Also, I can hear the music just fine, but I can’t hear the sound of the field in the background, is it normal?

The energetic field does not have a sound. It’s subtle energy, not frequencies. The music is merely acting as a physical anchor to bring the spiritual energies more tangibly into the physical realm.

The best advice is to go by feel, letting your intuition let you know how much exposure to the energies are best for you. If you’re not to the point in your spiritual journey where you feel that you can do this, then there are generally safe guidelines for everyone that are commonly repeated - 2 to 3 listens max.

For Maitreya’s energy fields to work, you must be able to hear the music. It can be at very low volume, but it must be audible.

So I’ve been wondering - and instead of creating a new topic for this question I’m just gonna revive and jump on this one - why exactly is this field so long and how does that correlate with the general 2-3 listens guideline?
So many, if not most, other fields are 2-3 MINUTES, why is this one literally 1000% longer?

In the beginning, when we started creating the channel, we made longer videos, but then we found that 4-5 minutes are absolutely sufficient.

I never would’ve thought that this field in particular is one of your earlier ones, as it seems so advanced and complex with quite a few of subfields in it.
I’m really curious to see results from it, bc even tho I never feel anything from any field I do strongly believe in them. … I’m still waiting for my big AHA-moment :grin:
