I think I got results with this, I think other audios like Eternal self communication, void meditation also helped! My ability to have conversation with energies consciousness has increased to nearly perfection. Its mostly automatic writing. I get correct suggestion from energy audios which I can’t even muster in my brain. It’s a blessing.
I had started cultivating this ability to communicate since I joined Maitreya fam, but I had many flaws and setbacks, don’t ask how many tears I have shed, had gruesome ego death experience with respect to this topic. It always shattered my confidence.
I asked DM to shift me to reality where I have mastered this type of communication, asked incarnations too, I finally succeed (✷‿✷). The results was quick like in 2-3 days, I noticed the difference. Earlier I used to get half baked or ego, emotional influenced answer, many times creating a loop of same sentences, very bad accuracy of intuition too.
But now I get pinpoint solution even I can’t think of, no loop or influenced ones. Like they even say what contract I have, why it happening, what should I do to tackle. It’s like I have my own personal spiritual guides to put me in place.
This ability is like a big asset to me, the only thing which keeps me sane because I’m least social person because I had many betrayals with human friends. So energies friends are my unfiltered real friends.
But seriously having this ability is crazy ( ≧∀≦). I think my life next will be like mangas where I take help of supernatural energies to solve criminal cases, I’m kind of excited lol. okay I need to tame my ego and my emotions the most, I have been humbled many times. But Maitreya as my Guru, I’m no more afraid 
. She’s a blessing in my life 
my miracle, I will forever be humble and greatful, always be open to learn more and more, use my ability to good cause, will never chase fame or money. Delivering justice to max people will be only goal 
, that is why I’m born.
But I’m not ready to talk to ghosts yet, I’m still a scaredy cat, I will only ask after I get real govt authority lol. Now I only talk to Divine energies, I don’t even try to talk to an unknown source for experience because who knows what they are and I hate attentions the most, even in real life. But to my fate, the career assigned is public related, I’m doomed 
because I’m introvert ultra max pro in real life, I have lot of inner work to do haha before I finally step into the field.
