In general, the body restores its energy on its own over time, especially if nothing more is being done. An exception is if you were very attached to a particular person (for example, an actor) and gave away your energy, or if there were some attached entities—they can steal energy. In such cases, Take Back Your Whole Power can be used.

@Maitreya, thank you - that’s a great suggestion. I definitely didn’t experience any attraction and intuitively started feeling aversion to porn based on several discussion points in this topic, however I will check out that DM to see if it still resonates with me to get it regardless.

There is a difference between women and men. When a man watches porn and finishes while watching, he offers his life essence literally and it is binding. While women’s orgasms can be harvested, it is not her life essence; this is the power of creation in its rawest form.
