This is a really important question. Unfortunately there is no way to know except if you are able to tell yourself. As Nymtaar said-follow your intuition.

Does audio still work if i pause it for few seconds and then play it again. Sometimes i get disrupted so i have to pause the audio.
Fields are information. They work differently than frequency. They also carrying frequency as everything in the Universe, but operates on different quantum level.

No. Digital Mandalas are used until you are satisfied with the result. No need to time their use.
