Hey guys, i have made a meditation playlist and have a question about.
My playlist since monday is:
Fieldbooster + sensitivity
Brain synchronization x2
Limitless good karma booster
Raise your vibrational state
Healing container
Activate 36 strand dna
Dna repair + telomeres
Gate of abundance
I meditate to every track, except the synchronization one once because of no time. Does it make sence to meditate to a playlist or is it better to focus on one field per meditation?
And onther question after i red a thread came up. I listen at work to my other playlist on low volume. The noise at work due to the machines is sometimes very loud, i cant consciously hesr the fields, but they are playing. Do they work this way? I think yes, because i think i got a boost from hercules field while paving a street🤷♂️
Btw since started the luck and abundance fields i often let things fall on the floor, yesterday i had extreme emotional trouble at work. I hated my job for the duration of work. Normally i like my work…
You can meditate to those tracks. The more you meditate to those tracks the better but if you do not have the time just meditating to the first field or few fields is fine as well. While duration of meditation helps, it’s fine if you don’t have enough time on your hands and just mediate for a few mins a day. Think of meditation like a field booster in itself that helps you to easily handle fields and give u a better output. And it’s alright to meditate to a whole playlist.
The low volume is all good and fine even if you don’t hear it as long as it is more than or equal to 10% of your device’s volume. To get an idea of what 10% of your volume is do this, let’s say you have a phone that doesn’t show the volume but just the slider. Tone it down to mute all the way and click the volume button one by one and count the number of times it gets to the full volume. In my case it was 15 times that I clicked from mute to reach full volume. 10% of 15 is 1.5, so any volume above that works i.e. 2 or more than 2 volume will bring you the results in my case whether you’re able to hear it or not doesn’t matter.
