Mandalas

Sorry for creating a new thread, I was just wondering to what extent do mandalas work?

Can they still work on something like this?

Or lets say you order a custom watch with 3 mandalas, is it better to have a random background picture and have the 3 mandalas in smaller sizes next to eachother?

The Mandalas need to be on the item in their entirety. No parts of the image may be missing. If this is done, they will work,
