Some of you have noticed on maitreyacosmetics.com that we’ve launched a Loyalty program with Maity Points. We’re currently testing it, but since a lot of you earned points during this SALE, we decided to roll it out for you as well — this will actually be its biggest test, and we hope the plugin works smoothly. If it runs without issues, we’ll keep it on the site going forward so you can get more discounts when shopping with us.
To use it, you need to log in to your account on the site (there’s an icon for this in the top right). Then, when you return to the homepage, you’ll see a blue button in the bottom left that says Rewards (I’ll attach a screenshot). When you click it, a menu will open — from there, you need to click Redeem Points.
After that, depending on the points you’ve already collected, different coupon codes will be unlocked for you — you’ll need to copy them from there and apply them in your cart.
IMPORTANT: Please only use the code right before completing your order. If you apply it and don’t finish your order — you’ll lose the points, and there’s no way to restore them afterwards. We have customers who add items to their cart and place the order a few days later — in that case, only apply the code at the very end, when you’re about to pay, so you don’t lose your points.
Please keep in mind that we’re currently testing it, and if we find any bugs or that the site isn’t working well with it, we reserve the right to remove it at any time — so make sure to use your points whenever you’ve built them up.
Hmm, I lost my points when I applied them even though I didn’t confirm the order. I figured I’d compare the discount with the Maity888 and when I was trying to go back to apply the Maity points the code and the points were gone..

Maybe if you refresh the page or click on the logo at the top, it will appear again? That happened to me too — it had disappeared, and then it showed up again.
@Maitreya! Tell me, are these points on the site: maitreyacosmetics.com , they have all who on this site made purchases? Or only for those who participated in the sale of cosmetics or pendants? I do not see these points in my account, although I bought a lot of things there (digital fields)
I switched to private browsing mode, I see my previous orders in Shopify, and I go to the main page, but there is no button on either Shopify or the main page
