I bought this field specifically to remove the constant stubborn, sticky phlegm in my throat. I’d thought that this is due to “dampness”.

Deepseek’s advice:

I initially thought that to solve this phlegm issue, I need to add more “yang” to dispel the dampness. So I bought the “Sun Energy” DM. But reading the above and realizing that my phlegm is dry and sticky, I may have too much “yang” energy which thickens my fluid and deficient of “Yin” energy. I hope this “kidney Meridian activation” is the correct answer.

Could this be helpful with candida?

This has been a long term issue, jock itch that I basically gave up on but have started to use stuff again to try to help it, it’s kind of ‘dormant’ but still there. You’d laugh if I listed all the things i’ve rubbed onto my testicles to try to help this. :joy:

Plus all the other supplements and such i’ve tried for this.

And annoying itchiness in other places, inside my ears is the most annoying and difficult to deal with. Sure I know it’s internal and i’m working on that with a candida protocol but these external representations of it have been extremely hard to shift and not much seems to help.

Alternatively a comprehensive field dedicated to this kind of issue would be awesome.

Candida appears in the body to consume excess sugar when a person eats unhealthily and takes in more sugar than needed. The healthy limit for sugar is about one teaspoon per day, ideally coming mainly from fruits and vegetables. When we eat processed or unhealthy foods — for example, a single pack of cookies may contain 15 teaspoons of sugar — Candida actually shows up to help the body deal with that overload.

To reduce Candida, the diet needs to be cleaned up for at least one month, and its presence will naturally decrease.

As for the ears, you can try gently cleaning and resetting them with a cotton swab dipped in iodine. There isn’t any energetic field that can help with this — what’s needed is a change in diet.

My eating is pretty healthy, I don’t have much sugary stuff at all anymore but it was bad years ago when I ate really unhealthily. It’s improved massively since then but it likely goes deeper with the stubborn issue i’ve had with it. For years I was even having green juices every morning.

Basically I could say i’m doing all the ‘right’ things for it but it hasn’t helped.

Several different kinds of cleanses, protocols, eating healthily and such. Interesting, I haven’t thought of iodine in the ear, i’ll research it a bit.

Thank you earth keeper! I will try it once my finance is back on track.

It has what I want, which is to remove dampness in the body.

Ginger is my best friend for now, but cannot over consume, and avoid that at night.
