Everything Maitreya and Polaris said is correct. If the situation is extreme, I would advise you to go a step further and go on low carbs no sugars for some time. Only have fruit with low sugar like apples for instance and in moderation. Keto diet is also an option.
Take some very powerful probiotics (high count, in the billions) and take antifungals (grapeseed oil pills, garlic etc.). It seems it’s showing up on your skin also, so apply antifungals topically in whichever manner your health professional is recommending (a holistic practitioner would be best). The stuff you tried may have been effective but must be combined with the correct diet. Go full on Keto if you have already tried low carb. Drink plenty of water as there will be detox, whatever is the recommended amount for you weight. It might 1-3 months.

@Maitreya I am using combination of Shen, Jing and Kidney Meridian and found myself keep very sleepy and tired. Do i need to do some adjustment?

Sometimes, when there’s a lot of energy and you’re tired, it can have the opposite effect — your body actually relaxes and gives you a signal that you need to sleep and makes you feel sleepy. In that case, you just need to give yourself a break when you can and really get some rest — one or two days if you can afford it.

I posted on October 6 that I’m suffering from persistent sticky phlegm in my throat. I’ve been using this field once a day in the evening for about 6 weeks and I’m happy to say that my throat is now cleared. This field works wonderfully. I’ve bought the Liver Meridian field but haven’t use it yet. I’m loving this series.

I paired this up with the jing field and man, is that a powerful combo. It’s really amazing how much more energy I can get from my practices and I feel so much healthier overall. A strong water element really upgrades any water over fire practices for meditation and energy work.
I really appreciate how this new set of fields (lung expansion, liver channel) caters to the well being of our internal organs and meridians. Thank you!
