Jing is the hidden treasure of vitality — the deep essence stored within the body from birth. In Chinese tradition it is said to reside in the kidneys, acting as the root of growth, fertility, strength, and longevity. Unlike Qi, which flows and can be replenished daily, Jing is finite and precious: it is the candle’s wax, not just the flame.
To nourish Jing is to respect life’s foundation. When this field is awakened, the aura and body learn to preserve, restore, and amplify the essence, drawing from food, rest, nature, and the higher creative forces. Sexual energy, often lost carelessly, becomes a fuel for vitality and creation rather than depletion.
As Jing strengthens, the body stands firmer, aging slows, and the spirit feels anchored — rooted in a wellspring of vitality that cannot be easily shaken.
Gifts of Nourished Jing
Longevity & Vital Reserves – life force stored deep within, giving resilience through time.
Reproductive & Creative Power – balanced sexual energy that transforms into strength and inspiration.
Bone & Kidney Strength – the structural foundation of health becomes solid.
Youthful Appearance – skin, hair, and eyes radiate vitality when Jing is abundant.
Stability & Rootedness – a sense of being grounded, protected, and connected to your essence.
Transformation of Desire – raw sexual energy becomes refined into creativity, clarity, and inner power.
Jing is the sacred essence that fuels body and soul. To build it is to honor your foundation — the hidden reservoir that determines not only how long you live, but how deeply you thrive.
Yes, it restores the lost energy from sex, unhealthy food and lifestyle, stress and anger, etc., and also fills you with new and fresh energy (more than what our parents have given us). So increases our “storage”.
Or can you explain how it works? Do we just listen to it once like your other fields or are we supposed to listen until we feel we had enough
I immediately bought all 3: Jing, Qi and Shen.
How do these 3 fields harmonize together?
In TCM one is supposed to build up their Jing, either through semen retention or through special exercises and then this Jing can be transmuted into Qi and Qi can be transmuted into Shen.
How do the fields do that? Do they transmute or just build themselves without needing the other?
And when you say it draws from higher creative forces, do you mean that it can build up Jing from our environment?
I know many Questions, but I‘m so hyped about these fields
The energies are different and they work cumulatively, i.e. they can be used many more times than just 1–2 listens – since yesterday I’ve been running Shen. In general, when Jing & Qi are high, a lot more Shen (spiritual energy) is also generated. So listen to them all together, since they complement one another.
Also, add the field that transforms excess sexual energy into money – whatever your body cannot absorb or is too much will go as energy to your bank account.
Yes, the fields are set to draw energy from the surrounding environment if it is GOOD and pure. If it’s not – only the Divine energy remains, with which the field itself was made, and it has a built-in program to draw energy from there and from the Earth/nature.
Exactly, that’s why I released those 3 energies along with the wealth field — so you can have more and let it circulate into money. Come on, soon you’ll be sharing good news for getting rich!
Do you think it makes sense to instruct the normal senergy transmutation field for wealth and listen to the youtube one specifically once a day? Or is it not needed, when the other one is instructed?
Thank you
