I am an Orthodox Christian myself, and I believe in Jesus Christ.

The Orthodox Church officially rejects any spiritual or energetic practice that is not directly connected to Christ — such as energy healing, crystals, channeling, or any form of esoteric work. According to Church teaching, these are considered misleading or even influenced by negative forces.

So yes — from the point of view of the Church, using energetically programmed audios would not be accepted as compatible with Christian faith.

But it’s important to understand that the Church and Jesus Christ are not the same. The Church is a human institution that interprets and teaches faith, while Christ Himself represents the direct divine truth and unconditional love. There is a difference between true faith in God and the earthly institution that often adds fear, control, or judgment.

We also have many clients who are strong, devoted Christians, and they use these energy fields while keeping their faith and love for Christ completely intact.

I’ve read your description about your energy work @Maitreya , you said this was not based on any religious belief. I have learned that when you learn teachings or any type of energy work there can be some kind of lineage involved in the energy work. Is there any kind of a lineage attached to your energy work? The woman Tricia that I worked with in Maine, did past life regressions, but she was also trained in reiki and IET. The Creator of IET is Stevan Thayer, she never performed that type of energy work in my field and those “guides” from IET lineage ended up in my field. I was told it had deep European ties, not a good lineage. I still find it pretty strange that her guides from IET came into my field when she never did that kind of energy work. So I am making sure there is no lineage or religious beliefs are attached to any of your energy work? I was told reiki just uses universal energy and was different, so no lineage? She did go over reiki with me and then I came across a book about a year later and the description of the symbols were completely different than what she said they were, I just figured she had no idea what she was talking about.

I don’t follow or believe in any earthly religion as such — I believe that there is a universal consciousness and intelligence, which we often refer to in our materials as the Divine Source or God.

I’m also not affiliated with any lineage.

Just a reminder: chat gpt is an AI chatbot, trained on data, regardless the data is ”true” or not.

YOU decide what’s true for you.

Good reminder. :)))

I use AI quite a lot to translate my texts and correct the grammar, and the other day when I wanted to post an article in a forum on a certain topic, the AI censored me and said it wouldn’t translate the text because it wasn’t scientifically proven and was considered spreading misinformation. Lol

I think with time they will censure it more and more.

It is becoming like how the Internet shifted, all different voices choked, all favored voices placed higher on results. Building new communities and a new Internet-I don’t know how it’s gonna happen but it’s gonna happen. A safer version of Tor.

I would add this to everything else that was said. That particular doctrine is based on warnings inside the Bible that condemn the use of magic. Because the term “magic” as such is vague especially in the ancient world there is no specificity in those teachings. For instance, what is translated in the New Testament as magic or witchcraft is the word “Pharmakeia” which is closely related to the making of drugs or potions. And there are of course very evil forms of magic that should never be practiced by anyone ever, but I would not count energy healing among those at all (or a form of magic for that matter). I recommend Giordano Bruno’s De Magia to address those types and definitions.

The Bible also tells us that it’s teachings are internal more so than external. For instance “The Kingdom of God is within you” Luke 17:21 or “ye shall know that I am in my Father, and ye in me, and I in you.” John 14:20. And there are many mistranslations. For instance what is translated as “Repenting” (metanoia) actually means “to change one’s mind.” Too many examples of this to mention in one post.

Case and point, there are teachings on manifestation in both New and Old Testament. Neville Goddard wrote 15 books on the topic. So many you could make a very good case that energy healing and meditation are profoundly biblical and Christian. Think of the verse “you are Gods.” Think of Meister Eckhart’s sermons about “the ground”. There is also mention of astral travel, astrology, divination and dream interpretation… all of which are in good light.

Stated all that, be advised that fields are programmed by humans. Even though they are made through the Creator’s neutral energy, and using that is not more witchcraft than using electricity, how we use it is up to us. There are a lot of fields creators out there that are incompetent or downright malevolent. I am sure there are others that are good but I stick to Maitreya just to be safe. Just my 2 cents.
