Improve Your Life: Let’s Start a 30-Day Challenge Together! 🌟

For the next 30 days, let’s bless 5 people every single day — anyone we meet — and sincerely wish them well.

If we sense that someone is struggling with a specific issue, we can say (even quietly in our minds): “May God bless them and help them overcome this.”

:backhand_index_pointing_right: If you’ve never done this before and it doesn’t feel natural or genuine at first — don’t worry. Just keep doing it. Within a few days, real and heartfelt feelings will begin to flow naturally.

Why are we doing this challenge?

1) Collective impact
Have you realized that when one person’s life improves or worsens, it can ripple out to the whole world? That single person might affect thousands of lives in a positive or negative way. By blessing people and wishing them well, we not only influence them, but also everyone they interact with — today, this week, and beyond.

2) Transformation through blessings
Blessing others and wishing them good things is one of the most powerful techniques for personal transformation, growth in virtues, and unlocking a more positive life. Blessings carry very high energy and are rewarded with abundant good. Within just 1–2 weeks, you’ll notice things in your life starting to improve and align beautifully. Most importantly, you will start to feel amazing inside.

3) Daily practice
Each day, give 5–6–7 blessings (or however many come naturally) and pay close attention to what changes and opportunities begin to show up in your life.

4) Turning negativity into blessings
If you catch yourself thinking something negative about someone, immediately cancel that thought in your mind and replace it with a blessing for them.

:sparkles: Let’s do this together. 30 days of blessing, kindness, and positive energy. Let’s see how much light and transformation we can create — in ourselves and in the world.

I‘ve actually been doing this on and off.

I see someone struggling and just wish them a blessing.

But the emotion behind it is not very strong from me.

It would be stronger, if I for instance saw homeless children in the streets.

But I only see that in other countries😅

Even if there isn’t a strong emotion, it still works — and with time it may grow. But in both cases, it works, has an effect, and helps both them and you.

I am doing this already but will proactively do it.
