Effectiveness of a mandala based on the file size?

In patreon, there is a mandala file and I right click and click “save” the file size is small.

But when I left click the image to make it bigger and then right click to “open in another tab” and then save that file the file size is much bigger and it will be much bigger image.

Is there a difference in the effectiveness regarding if I just use the smaller file size image of the mandala?

There is no difference. Only the quality of the image.
