I have this mandala now 3 days and something invisible just crawled down my leg it was weird I hope is gone for good

the longer you keep it the deeper it will clear you. Some stuff might fight back for a while.

If I combine The autonomous mandala with In your Favor Mandala.
Will it hinder the cosmic shield in the Favor shield from converting all harmful attacks to positive?
You can instruct the Autonomous Self to work with Cosmic Shield and keep all the benefits and combine forces. Fields are flexible.

Iām really excited to use the audio for Autonomous self. Can just imagine the sensations the energy will stir up with this one haha.

I opened the mandala, played audio on a loop and declared freedom in all various ways. I had a crazy healing crisis, but it was worth it.
What I noticed when you use your voice and say things it works 100% better than only thoughts. Your mind can hear it while we often ignore our thoughts. It might be just my case because my voice is my biggest asset and power but think about it:
Every word has a frequency. Every sound has a vibration. Music can be healing but also destructive.

I have been using the audios as well. Love them and glad they are finally here. Plus the music is so good for relaxing. Not sure if I am supposed to do this but I put my shielding audios on loop while I sleep lol.
