This mandala has been amazing for me so far! I’m working on going from aphantasia to hyperphantasia and the last 2 nights I’m actually seeing and remembering my dreams! I’m not seeing vividly, last night I dreamed that my mom took me to visit her family in India. I could kinda see the inside of the house, and could only partially see one person’s face, but this is a HUMUNGOUS improvement for me in only 2 days! During the day, when I close my eyes, I see a very faint light, flashing fast like a strobe light
I structure my session with this mandala by choosing a topic, deleting an old pattern, then installing 5 to 10 affirmations on that topic. So…
