Fields send energy and information to your body, but your body needs to be taken care of, too. Not only healthy food, hydration, but also exercise. When I work with high energy, I need to add some workouts to make sure my body is strong enough to handle this.
Even when you use Mutant Soldier or Geralttt, which I found helpful a lot, you need to act from inside and outside. Otherwise, you might get knocked down and feel tired.

The timing of your comment is kinda funny because I just trained hard for two hours and I kinda feel better instead of worse (I felt a bit of a healing crisis when I started).
From my own experience, yes. If I use physical fields I do physical stuff for faster results. Itâs hard to expect to be stronger just by using them without doing anything physically.
Itâs like with fields related to weight loss. If you continue eating McDonaldâs daily, donât expect any field will make you slim. I do not mean to offend anyone here. But to see real changes you need to work on them on any layer. Fields make them easier for you. They can help you to change your eating habits and boost every effort you make tremendously.
