This field will bring you in the Now Moment calming the mind and connecting it with heart and body in perfect harmony.

You will receive those benefits:

It will put you in a state normally achieved in mindfulness meditation. It will put you in alpha or theta state depending on what you need to do throughout the day.

Bodily sensations–will become clearer and you will feel more mindful of what you are doing with your body. for example movements, clearer sensation of touch, clearer hearing, increased sense of taste, etc.

Emotions: being aware of your emotions without judging them or wanting to remove them. Fully neutrality and watchfulness without labeling or attaching to them.
