If i dissolve ego, do the thought forms associated with ego dissolve too?

It’s better to use a dedicated thought form video for getting rid of them. @NotFrank has said to not dissolve your ego.

I also listen to a video about maintaining taming establishing a healthy ego, they should compliment eachother well.
