The Deadlift Activation field is a targeted energetic program that mimics the internal muscular and neurological response of performing real deadlifts. Designed for athletes, lifters, and physically active individuals, it stimulates key muscle groups and nervous system pathways involved in heavy compound lifting—without physical movement.
What It Does:
Activates posterior chain muscles: glutes, hamstrings, erector spinae, and core
Supports mind-muscle connection and neuromotor engagement
Promotes internal muscle tension, stability, and joint awareness
Enhances postural control and muscular tone
Triggers a “lift-ready” state: physically alert, focused, and energized
How to Use:
Can be used as a mental warm-up, recovery aid, or alternative activation tool
Use audio version Deadlift-Electronic to 3 times per day maximum. Do not exceed this.
Use audio version Deadlift-Dreamy-Vibe to6times per day maximum. Do not exceed this.
You may set an intention for the amount of weight to be mimicked (e.g. 100 kg, 140 kg), but the field will auto-adjust based on your current muscular state and readiness.
What You Might Feel:
Subtle activation and tension in key lifting muscles
Slight warmth or tingling along the spine, glutes, and legs
Improved focus, groundedness, and central nervous system “engagement”
Similar to the after-feel of completing a heavy lift—without the physical strain
This field is designed to complement physical training, not replace it. It’s a performance-focused tool for enhancing muscle activation, proprioception, and inner drive—anytime, anywhere.
Another incredible field for athletes! When it’s deadlift day at the gym, should I use this after so I am not tired before? Also, silly question: will it understand lbs instead of kg?
Thanks again!
For me, there’s some slight tension in the body the next day, as well as mild bloating (water retention), which is a specific reaction of my body when I train with weights.
I believe there should be mild symptoms, just like if you had trained in the gym — but they show up the next day.
Sure! It feels exactly as described. What I mean is while I am listening, my heartbeat goes higher like I just deadlifted and I feel tired like I did a heavy set. For the next 24-48 hours the muscles worked feel toned and even got a comment or two about them (kinda like when you get a pump and even if the muscle isn’t bigger yet, it looks fuller).
When I actually deadlift at the gym I noticed I felt stronger and my technique/form had improved. Because it’s a compound motion, other exercises involving this muscle group have already improved.
It’s an excellent tool because increasing weight in this exercise takes a long time and is potentially dangerous if you increase too quickly.
I also like the concept of this. Simple and to the point. Super useful for a variety of reasons. For instance if you want to improve your technique or if you skipped leg day because you are sore from running, or if you want to get used to a heavier weight but don’t wanna chance doing it physically quite yet etc.
What’s more, since no hormones are involved (greek god testosterone is awesome btw), this is the kind of audio I can see myself using steadily as I get older and can stress my joints less and less.
You were always awesome @Maitreya but you keep getting better.
