I haven’t implemented such a mechanism because the body is very stubborn when it comes to losing weight and burning fat. To the body, fat is like having gold—a matter of survival. I recommend that once you achieve the result you want, simply remove the mandala from yourself and stop using it. You can also, like with any other field, set the intention for the mandala—for example, you might say that you want to build muscle without burning more fat, and so on.

I hadn’t gotten one for a very long time because I thought it was harmful and would probably ruin the lives of those who used it. This might be true for some people, but… I’ve gained a few kilograms over the past two years since I started working on the cosmetics project. It was such a challenging project for me, and I experienced so much stress—literally at every step, there were problems with people, institutions, and so on. However, I asked for various things myself, and they started to happen, so I have nothing to complain about. I got this device because it’s very convenient to train with it anywhere, and you can do a great cardio session before heading to the office.
There are different companies that offer it for rent—I did that. First, I rented it to test it out and make sure I liked it, and after two months, I decided to buy it. You can find such a company and try it out. It’s really fun.
This one is definitely on my list. Lately, I have been using Hercules, and it’s making me crazy strong. It’s incredible how that field makes you put on muscle so quickly.
Would you recommend alternating between a bulking field (like Hercules) and a cutting field (like this one)? Or would it actually make sense to use both at the same time for lean gains?

I have the mandala in my folder 24/7, but I play audio before or even during a workout, and yeah, it makes me feel hungry faster because it increases my metabolic rate and it makes my training more effective. The field itself feels like a pre-workout and fat burner pill, lol
I didn’t notice changes outside of workouts. I’m hungry by default lol especially when I work with energy, so maybe I’m not the best referring point
