I’ve had trouble myself with sticking to it and seeing it through with playlists, so what I’ve started to do now is to automate them so that they are scheduled to automatically play every night while I’m asleep.

Maybe an approach like this will work for you as well?

I couldn’t find womb clearing one on Patreon. Is it there under different title? On Youtube, there are 11 videos for basic clearing (8 are still hidden). What is the other one that is not on Sahiela’s pic? I want to start with basic clearing today or tomorrow

I was a bit surprised, this relates more to the time you spent in your mother’s womb. Are you sure it was an audio from Maitreya? I can’t find it anywhere either.

Yes, now I know which one you mean. It may be that it is currently being revised. There are currently some titles missing from Youtube and definitely not all of them are in patron.

I procrastinated but I finally changed my listening stack to include clearing fields. I don’t put all recommended fields though, because of time limitation. I started yesterday and I had a nightmare last night. I also slept longer than usual. I remember I had the same experience when I used Point of No Return Stack by Sapien Medicine. Hopefully the nightmare can go away soon.
